Ms. Agbele’s areas of specialization and interests are: Corruption/Anti-corruption, Democracies, EU and Global Governance. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance, Berlin. She is an alumni of the DAAD Public Policy and Good Governance Program of the 2009 year group. Upon completion of her studies, Ms. Agbele has worked and consulted for the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Germany, Kenya and Ghana. She also provides consultancy services in the areas of public policy, development and good governance. Some of her major assignments have been with international development partners include such as FAO and STAR-Ghana.

Mr. Amaliya is the Head of Research and Programmes at the Institute. His specializations are: Social Policy Analysis, Non Profit Management, Good Governance, Terrorism and Regional Security and International Affairs.He holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy, University of Erfurt, Germany where he was a German Academic Exchange Services (DAAD) fellow. Prior to his master’s degree abroad, he obtained Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Social Work from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He has worked extensively with grass root communities where he conducted rural household surveys and championed advocacy in local governance. Mr. Amaliya has additional skills in International Relations and Diplomacy having served with the Berlin based Institute for Cultural Diplomacy where he coordinated research and events on African integration.
Roy A. Reagan's areas of specialization and expertise are : Public Administration Reforms, Public Policy Analysis, Anti-Corruption Initiatives, Alternative Development Financing and Social Entrepreneurship.He holds a master’s degree in Development and Governance and bachelors in Political Science with Russian from the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany and the University of Ghana respectively. Among his engagements, he served in various capacities at the Legon Centre for Gender Studies and Advocacy (CEGENSA), Learnwell Ghana Organisation, German Development Cooperation (GIZ) - Germany, Institute of Development and Peace (INEF)-Germany, Morbu Policy Institute, Institute of Social, Statistical and Economic Research (ISSER), Youth Empowerment for Africa (YEA), DevDialogue and First Code International (FCI).
